Tartar Sauce

A Cup Of Mayonnaise

A Diced Dill Pickle

A Tablespoon Of Chopped Fresh Italian Parsley

A Teaspoon Of Frank’s Louisiana Hot Sauce

A Tablespoon Of Capers

1/2 Teaspoon Of Sea Salt

A Tablespoon Of Creole Mustard

A Minced Garlic Clove

A Tablespoon Of Chopped Scallion

Put all of the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more sea salt and/or hot sauce, if desired.

Refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving.
