Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

A Minced Garlic Clove

A Tablespoon Of Finely Chopped Fresh Basil

A Tablespoon Of Finely Chopped Fresh Italian Parsley

1/4 Teaspoon Of Sea Salt

1/8 Teaspoon Of Ground Black Pepper

Two Tablespoons Of Aged Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 Cup Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Into a small mixing bowl, add the garlic, the basil, the parsley, the sea salt, and the ground black pepper. Mix these ingredients well. Add the vinegar. Using a whisk, mix until well blended. While whisking, slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil. Continue to whisk until the dressing thickens slightly. Taste and add more sea salt and/or black pepper, if desired.
