Roasted Cauliflower

A Head Of Cauliflower Cut Into Florets

Three Cloves Of Garlic Peeled And Cut Into Quarters

A Lemon

1/4 Cup Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Two Teaspoons Of Sea Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Into a mixing bowl, add the juice of the lemon, the olive oil, and the caulifower florets. Toss to coat the cauliflower with the olive oil and lemon juice. Note: add more olive oil if the florets do not appear to be coated sufficiently. Add the garlic, the sea salt and the crushed red pepper flakes. Toss again.

Spread the cauliflower florets out evenly on a sheet pan. Cut the lemon peel into quarters and place them on the sheet pan (skin side down) with the cauliflower.

Put the sheet pan into the preheated oven. Roast for one hour until the florets brown slightly.
