Six Kaiser Rolls Sliced In Half

Two Tablespoons Of Crumbled Feta Cheese

Two Cups Of Plain Yogurt

Two Tablespoons Of Finely Diced Cucumber

Directions For The Yogurt Cucumber Sauce

Into a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, the feta cheese, the cucumber, a tablespoon of chopped mint, a tablespoon of chopped oregano, a tablespoon of chopped Italian parsley, the black pepper, and a teaspoon of sea salt. Mix well until all of the ingredients are combined. Taste and add more sea salt and/or black pepper, if needed. Set the sauce aside.

Directions For The Burgers

Into a saute pan, add the red onion, the garlic, a pinch of sea salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Cook on medium heat on the stovetop stirring frequently for four minutes.

Into a mixing bowl, add the ground turkey, the sauteed red onion, the sauteed garlic, the tomato paste, the bread crumbs, the red wine vinegar, the red cayenne pepper, the garlic powder, two tablespoons of chopped fresh mint, two tablespoons of chopped fresh oregano, two tablespoons of chopped fresh Italian parsley, and two teaspoons of sea salt. Mix well until all of the ingredients are combined. Form the mixture into six equal patties. Cook over a hot charcoal or gas grill for seven minutes on each side turning the burgers only once.

Final Assembly

Place the Kaiser rolls on the grill cut side down. Let the rolls cook for one minute until they are slightly browned. Place a tablespoon of the yogurt sauce on each cut side and spread the sauce out evenly. Place the grilled burgers on the buns and serve immediately.
