Two 6 Ounce Salmon Filets
A Tablespoon Of Light Brown Sugar
The Juice Of 1/2 Fresh Lime
A Tablespoon Of Toasted Sesame Oil
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
A Scallion Roughly Chopped
A Teaspoon Of Chopped Fresh Ginger
A Garlic Clove Minced
A Teaspoon Of Hot Pepper Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Of Sea Salt
Put all of the ingredients except the salmon filets into a mixing bowl. Whisk together until well blended.
Put the salmon filets into the mixing bowl with the marinade and place the bowl in the refrigerator for an hour.
Grill the salmon filets flesh side down over a hot gas or charcoal grill for 5 minutes. Turn the filets over and cook the skin side for three minutes. Remove the salmon filets from the grill onto a serving plate.
Garnish the salmon with sesame seeds and serve with lime wedges.
