This simple vegetable dish is a perfect accompaniment to any grilled meat or seafood entree.
Two Medium Zucchini Cut Lengthwise Into 1/4 Inch Slices
1 1/2 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil
3/4 Teaspoon Of Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Of Ground Black Pepper
Lemon Wedges
Preheat a gas or charcoal grill.
Brush the zucchini with the olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle the zucchini on both sides with sea salt and ground black pepper.
Place the zucchini on the grill. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes until brown grill marks are achieved.
Remove and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
