Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Two Pounds of Fresh Brussels Sprouts With the Stems Removed and Cut In Half
1/3 Cup Of Olive Oil
Two Teaspoons Of Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Of Ground Black Pepper
Juice of ½ Lemon

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Into a mixing bowl, add the brussels sprouts and the olive oil. Stir so that the vegetables get coated with the olive oil. Note: add more olive oil if needed. Sprinkle the vegetables with the sea salt and the black pepper. Mix well.

Spread the brussels sprouts in a single layer on a sheet pan. Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes until the brussels sprouts are browned slightly.

Place the brussels sprouts in a serving bowl. Add the lemon juice. Mix well and serve.
